Mattresses:

What customers are required to do:
If you encounter any issues with your mattress covered by warranties and guarantees, please follow these steps:

  • Contact one of our East Rand or Tshwane stores to inform them of the damage.
  • Send pictures of the damage to us as evidence, allowing us to open a case with our head office.
  • The mattress will need to be returned to the store for us to transport it to the factory for assessment.

Under what circumstances we offer returns:
Returns and exchanges for mattresses are applicable based on the details specified on your warranty card. We offer exchanges or replacements for mattresses that meet the warranty guidelines.

Timeframe during which we accept returns:

Once the mattress is returned to the store and all assessments are completed at the factory, we will contact you to advise on the delivery of the repaired or replacement item. This process can take between 7 and 14 Days.

When customers can expect a refund:

Refunds are not applicable for mattresses, as our policy focuses on exchanges or replacements according to the warranty terms. However, if the warranty terms cannot be fulfilled, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss potential solutions.

Please note: To maintain the warranty of your bed, it is crucial to keep a mattress protector on your bed at all times. Stains and misuse could affect the warranty coverage of your bed.

Furniture:

We do not offer warranties on our furniture items. It is important to thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery or collection to ensure it is in perfect condition. Acceptance of the delivery signifies that the item was received without any damage or defects.

Customers should carefully inspect their furniture items upon delivery or collection to identify any damage or defects. If any issues are discovered, please contact our customer service team immediately.
